How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Under the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a refund in 30 days from the date of purchase if the product does not meet your expectations or it does not work as expected.

After 30 days, all defective/malfunctioning products can be repaired free of charge for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Beyond 12 months a limited warranty applies, covering the cost of labor/ maintenance but not the cost of accessories or replacement parts. Outside 30 days after purchase, shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility

The warranty is cancelled should any of the following situations occur:

  • product is modified, reconstructed/ broken down/ damaged due to improper use or
  • damaged due to battery leakage or improper use of battery (removed foil, alteration of charging ports, etc).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
