SHIPPING
For now we offer only domestic shipping in UK.
The estimate arrival time is 2-5 working days from the moment you placed the order.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Product
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order during 30 days from the day of purchase, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Our products are covered with a 12 months warranty. After 30 days, all defective/malfunctioning products can be repaired free of charge for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Beyond 12 months a limited warranty applies, covering the cost of labor/ maintenance but not the cost of accessories or replacement part. More about this here.

No, it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, and edit your addresses. You will also be notified of new products and special events, if you approved marketing consent.
You will receive your invoice in your confirmation email, or you can download it from your account -> my orders

You can check the status of your order from your account -> orders

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with the invoice, once the order is completed. We don't automatically send tracking numbers, but feel free to reach out if you need to know yours: contact@manventure.shop
